I remember seeing TMNT in the theaters, and had always thought Casey Jones was Meloni. It wasn't until last week my wife told me to IMDB the movie...imagine my shock! I also had always thought the 2 turtles had been voiced by "The Corey's" (Haim and Feldman). Apparently I was wrong there too!

They are both very talented actors. The role that Meloni plays in SVU made me one of his biggest fan. I was incredibly disappointed when they replaced him. The new actor that replaced him is a joke and others that have followed. I will definitely be keeping track of their careers and watch all their works. AWESOME ACTORS! I wonder maybe if they were adopted somehow because the resemblance, background etc. is uncanny.

i was watching Chicago PD for the first time and i say 'hey, is that the guy from Oz and from SVU' (i.e. meloni) Did an internet search and found this page!!! they totally do look AND sound alike. so weird.

I've been wondering for so long I finally had to check it out, they could pass for twins easy, trips me out Elias was born on my mothers birthday,, I watched the thin red line for about the third time the other day was checking the credits and seen Elias Koteas as the captain in the movie I to thought they were the same person but now I know,, Neither one of them look like Robert Dinero,, to me he's a better actor than Meloni bologna,,, it bothered me for a long time to see Meloni who I thought was Elias playing the part as a cop in law an order after seeing him in teenage mutant ninja turtles he also plays the part as a Russian mob boss thug really good in Harold and Kumar's 3D christmas.

I have always been unsure about the Chris/Elias thing. Thought they were the same man but just looked different in every movie or tv they did!! I always call them Casey thinking they both did the Turtle movie (1st time I saw either of them) . I will have to be more vigilant when watching. haha. What a surprise! Can't believe they are not even related!! They must act together in something as brothers just to satisfy all of us on the website eh?
